This building is a contemporary interpretation of Rajasthani vernacular architecture, seamlessly blended with modern Indian residential design. The project draws from the rich decorative language of traditional havelis while being executed within a modern structural framework.
The façade features several elements rooted in Rajasthani and Indo-Saracenic architecture. Jharokha-inspired window frames with carved detailing add depth and heritage character, while ornamental entrance arches echo classical palace proportions. Chhatri-like kiosks placed at terrace corners reinforce the regional identity and serve as visual landmarks within the composition.
Decorative surfaces inspired by red sandstone—whether rendered in plaster or moulded finishes—recall traditional Rajputana materials and craftsmanship. A prominent jaali panel with floral patterns and a peacock motif reflects classic Rajasthani artistry, symbolizing cultural richness and continuity.
Behind the traditional expression, the building follows a modern construction system. Clean concrete massing, contemporary floor layouts, balconies, and fenestration reflect present-day urban living requirements. The proportions and planning are distinctly modern, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
